health. How to save hunger? You sit down to eat. If you can eat five Idlies for
your hunger, eat four Idlies. Hunger for a leftover Idlies is stored there.
If your hunger is 100% then you should eat to
60% of your hunger. Even if it is not possible, do not eat more than eighty
percent of hunger.
When your hunger needs are 100%, your food
needs are only 60 to 80%.
Three meals a day is twenty one meals a week.
This is the maximum food. Eating snacks in between can lead to overeating.
It would be better if you could eat eighty
percent of your hunger and save twenty percent of your hunger every time you
eat. If that is not possible, reduce the amount of food that is twenty one
meals a week by twenty percent. That means cut down on four meals. Stop at any
of your favorite four-day meals one time.

of diseases caused by overeating.
