Why don't you save on hunger?

Saving is a good habit. Savings can help in times of crisis. Savings can also help to avoid crises.

We save money. We save on costs. We save for jewelry. We are saving for home. We save to buy the things we want.

You can also save your hunger for your health. How to save hunger? You sit down to eat. If you can eat five Idlies for your hunger, eat four Idlies. Hunger for a leftover Idlies is stored there.

If your hunger is 100% then you should eat to 60% of your hunger. Even if it is not possible, do not eat more than eighty percent of hunger.

When your hunger needs are 100%, your food needs are only 60 to 80%.

Three meals a day is twenty one meals a week. This is the maximum food. Eating snacks in between can lead to overeating.

It would be better if you could eat eighty percent of your hunger and save twenty percent of your hunger every time you eat. If that is not possible, reduce the amount of food that is twenty one meals a week by twenty percent. That means cut down on four meals. Stop at any of your favorite four-day meals one time.

This habit will keep you away from all kinds of diseases caused by overeating.

There is no other amazing healing method like saving hunger. And there is no cost for this medical procedure. Instead, this method saves you food costs also.
