Time to go back to that day

Exactly 585 days have passed. Schools were closed due to the corona threat. High schools and Higher Secondary schools were open and closed from time to time. Elementary and middle schools were completely closed for more than a year and a half.

November 1, 2021 was marked as the day to prepare for the opening of the school. As far as Tamil Nadu is concerned, both the months of November and December are rainy. Appropriate to say they are for storms. The northeast monsoon will begin in Tamil Nadu from mid-October.

The unique feature of the northeast monsoon is that it brings rain and storms. The northeast monsoon is often a rain of storm. That, too, has brought with it the recent northeast monsoon storms.

Schools could not open on November 1, 2021 in most districts of Tamil Nadu as planned. Heavy rains have forced many districts to declare local holidays. It's like pushing an arranged marriage the next day.

It was raining moderately like a shadow of heavy rain to see if the school could open the next day. How to leave a heavy rain holiday to a moderate rain? But it is raining.

The sky was always blessed with raindrops as the rain cloud wanted to visit the school which would open after long days. The next day teachers waited at the school to in the moderate rain. None of the children came. The children and parents had come to a conclusion that it might still be a holiday today because it was raining.

As the teachers decided to go door-to-door on how long they would be sitting alone in the school where the children did not come, the children began to come to school eagerly as the teachers began to go from house to house. Memories of that time surrounded me to see this. It was not uncommon then many children to come to school. It was a time when there were many children who hided to avoid schools.

But the teachers of the day would not let up. They will take the bicycle and come from house to house. They took children in the carrier of the bicycle. It seemed to me when I saw the teachers coming from house to house that such a time had come back.

But the situation is not as bad as before. The children are eager to go to school. The situation is worse. The heavy rain should be considered when planning to reopen the school after a long time!
